Editing and the Toolbar

There are a number of alternate ways you can edit the text or pictures on a plan.

Standard Editing:

From the Edit menu, you can choose the standard word processing functions; Undo (removes the last editing change), Cut, Copy, Paste, Clear, or Select All. You can also choose Left, Center, or Right justification for a highlighted paragraph.

From the Toolbar you can choose Undo, Cut, Copy, and Paste. If you hold the mouse over a button without clicking you'll see the function of the button.

From the keyboard:

Ctrl+c: Copy

Ctrl+x: Cut

Ctrl+v: Paste

Ctrl+a: Select All

Delete : Clear

Ctrl+L: Draws a line across the width of the plan.

Styling:

From the Edit menu you can select Change Font or Background Color. Change Font provides all the usual styling options. Background Color lets you select a background color for the plan.

From the Toolbar you can select or deselect Bold, Italic, and Underline. You can also select a font name, font size, and text color.

From the keyboard, to select or deselect:

Ctrl+b: Bold

Ctrl+i:Italic

Ctrl+u: Underline

More Toolbar Buttons:

You can select the File menu items New, Open, Save, and Print by pressing one of the left four buttons on the Toolbar.

The forward and back arrow buttons can be used to navigate back and forth through the days of the week, the same as selecting Next Day and Previous Day from the View menu.
